Egg-in-a-hole Toast


  • 2 slices of bread

  • 2 eggs

  • Salt and pepper

  • Butter


  1. Cut a hole in the center of the bread using a cookie cutter.

  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with 1tbsp of butter.

  3. Place a slice of bread into pan and cook till it's toasted. Flip over and add more butter if needed.

  4. Crack an egg into the hole and season with salt and pepper.

  5. Cook till egg has set. Remove from pan. Repeat with the other slice.
