French Toast


  • 2 eggs

  • 3 slices of white bread

  • 2tbsp of sugar

  • Cooking oil - for greasing

  • Maple syrup - for serving


  1. Crack eggs into a small bowl. Add in sugar and mix well. Transfer mixture into a deep dish.

  2. Heat a large non-stick pan and lightly grease with oil.

  3. Coat bread with eggs on both sides and place it in the center of the pan. Flip over when the under-side has turned brown. Cook till both sides are browned.

  4. Repeat cooking process. Stack them on a plate and serve with maple syrup.
