Fish and Chips


  • 150g fish fillet

  • 50g flour

  • 1 egg - beaten

  • 100g breadcrumbs

  • 1 potato - peeled and cut into sticks

  • Salt and pepper


  1. Wash and pat dry fish. Coat with flour, followed by egg and lastly breadcrumbs.

  2. Deep fry over low heat until golden brown and drain on paper towels.

  3. Deep fry until golden brown, drain on paper towels, then season.

  4. Serve fish and chips with tartar sauce and salad.
