Black Pepper Crayfish


  • 4 crayfish

  • 1/2 onion

  • 1tbsp minced garlic

  • 25g butter

  • 2tbsp black pepper sauce

  • 1tbsp wine

  • 80ml fresh cream

  • Salt


  1. Rinse crayfish. Cut lengthways into halves. Scald in boiling water. Set aside.

  2. Rinse onion and dice it.

  3. Fry butter and garlic till fragrant over low heat.

  4. Add onion and stir fry until soft.

  5. Mix in black pepper, wine and cream.

  6. Season with salt. Add in crayfish and stir briefly.
