Truffled Deviled Eggs


  • 12 eggs - boiled, peeled and halved

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise

  • 2tbsp dijon mustard

  • 1tbsp white truffle oil

  • 1tsp worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2tsp salt

  • 1/4tsp black pepper

  • Ground paprika - for garnish


  1. Scoop yolks out of egg halves. Mash and mix with the rest of the ingredients.

  2. Place mixture in a piping bag fitted with a star tip and pipe back into the egg yolks.

  3. Sprinkle paprika over yolks and serve.
