Orange Carrot Sorbet


  • 200g carrot

  • 300ml orange juice

  • 20ml honey


  1. Peel and cut carrot into small pieces.

  2. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend into juice.

  3. Pour juice into a rectangular container and freeze.

  4. When sorbet is half frozen, remove from freezer. Using a fork, loosen sorbet to allow air to enter. Return to freezer. Repeat another 2-3 times.
