Chocolate Hazelnut Coffee Mousse


  • 250g mascarpone

  • 330g chocolate-hazelnut spread

  • 1tbsp instant coffee granules

  • 375ml single cream


  1. Place mascarpone and chocolate-hazelnut spread in a mixing bowl and mix well.

  2. Place coffee and cream in a bowl and whisk till soft peaks.

  3. Add mascarpone mixture in and whisk for 30secs till stiff peaks.

  4. Spoon mixture into 4 375ml bowls and chill for at least 30mins.
