Bacon-wrapped Enoki


  • 6-7 streaky bacon

  • 300g enoki mushroom - trimmed

  • Salt and pepper

  • 1tsp oil


  1. Lay a bacon on a chopping board. Place about 50g mushrooms on one end and roll up tightly.

  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper over.

  3. Add oil to grill pan and grill till bacon is crispy on all sides. Serve with your favourite sauce.
