Pork Ribs Lotus Root Soup 排骨莲藕汤


[Ingredients] 材料

  • 1kg pork ribs - into individual pieces 排骨1公斤 - 切个骨

  • 2 sections of lotus root - peeled, sliced 莲藕2阶 - 削皮,切片

  • 1 large carrot - peeled, sliced 红萝卜1条 - 削皮,切片

  • 100g raw peanuts 生花生100克

  • 15 red dates 红枣15粒

  • 20g goji berries 枸杞子20克

  • 2L boiling water 烧水2公升

  • 1tsp salt 盐1茶匙

[Steps] 步骤

  1. Blanch ribs in boiling water for 5mins, drain. 排骨过水5分钟。

  2. In a large pot, add in peanuts, carrots, lotus root and blanched ribs. 大锅里,加入花生,萝卜,莲藕和烫过的排骨。

  3. Add in red dates, goji, water and salt. Cook simmered for 2hrs. 然后加入红枣,枸杞子水和盐,盖着焖煮2小时。
