Drunken Herbal Prawns 药材醉虾


[Ingredients] 材料

  • 8-10 large tiger prawns 大老虎虾8到10只

  • 1 cup shaoxing jiu 绍兴酒1杯

  • 2 cups water 水2杯

  • 2-3pcs dang gui 当归2到3片

  • 15g yu zhu 玉竹15克

  • 15g dang shen 党参15克

  • 10g goji berries 枸杞子10克

  • 1/2tsp sugar 糖1/2茶匙

  • 2tbsp light soy sauce 酱青2汤匙

  • Fresh coriander 新鲜香菜

[Steps] 步骤

  1. In a mixing bowl, add in prawns and shaoxing jiu, and leave to marinate for at least 1hr. 在搅拌碗里,放入虾和绍兴酒,腌制至少1小时。

  2. In a claypot, add in water, dang gui, yu zhu and dang shen, bring to boil and cook for 25mins.

在砂煲里,加入水,当归,玉竹和党参。水滚后,煮至25分钟。

  1. Add in sugar, prawns, the wine from marinating the prawns and soy sauce. Cook covered for 2-3mins. 加入糖,虾,腌制虾的绍兴酒和酱青。盖着焖煮2到3分钟。

  2. Add in goji berries and cook for another 30secs. 加入枸杞子,在煮30秒。

  3. Top with coriander and ready to serve! 沙上香菜便大功告成。
