Raisins and Cinnamon Granola 葡萄干肉挂谷燕麦

[Ingredients] 材料

  • 1.5 cup rolled oats 碾压燕麦 1.5 杯

  • 3/4 cup almonds/walnuts 杏仁/核桃 3/4 杯

  • 3/4 cup raisins 葡萄干 3/4 杯

[Others] 其他

  • 1/4 cup honey 蜂蜜 1/4 杯

  • 1/2tsp salt 盐 1/2 茶匙

  • 1/2tbsp ground cinnamon 肉挂粉 1/2 汤匙

  • 1/4 cup olive oil 橄榄油 1/4 杯

[Steps] 步骤

  1. Preheat oven 150degC. 预热烤箱至 150 度。

  2. In a large bowl, combine honey and olive oil, whisk well. Add oats and almonds/walnuts. Season with salt and cinnamon, mix well. 蜂蜜与橄榄油放入大碗中,以打蛋器搅拌。加入燕麦和杏仁/核桃,盐和肉挂粉,拌匀。

  3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Pour in granola mix and spread into a single layer. 烤盘上铺上烘焙纸,倒入已拌匀的谷燕麦混合,平铺在烤盘内。

  4. Bake for 20-30mins until the mixture turns golden brown and dry. Stir the mixture halfway through the baking. 放入烤箱烤 20-30 分钟至金黄色和变干。烤的中途搅拌材料一次。

  5. Remove tray from oven. Mix in raisins while it is still hot. 取出烤盘,趁热倒入葡萄干拌匀。

  6. Allow granola to cool before transferring to an airtight container. 待凉后,即可将谷燕麦存放在密封容器中。
