Banana Chocolate Jam


  • 300g banana

  • 50g sugar

  • 150ml water

  • 50g dark chocolate


  1. Place banana, sugar and water in a saucepan, cook till boiled. Remove from heat and let sit 1hr.

  2. Add chocolate in and cook over medium fire for 5mins, stir well.

  3. Remove from heat and blend using a hand blender until a paste is formed. Return back to fire and cooked till boiled.
