Chocolate Frosting


  • 250g dark chocolate

  • 70g softened butter

  • 2tbsp golden syrup


  1. Break the chocolate into a bowl and heat over a bowl of simmering water to melt.

  2. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the golden syrup and butter.

  3. Leave to cool until the mixture has set and then frost the cakes.
