Marshmallow Frosting


  • 120g Softened Unsalted Butter

  • 220g Sifted Icing Sugar

  • 1tsp Vanilla Essence

  • 250g Marshmallow Fluff


  1. Whisk butter until light and fluffy.

  2. Gradually whisk in sugar and vanilla until well incorporated.

  3. Fold in marshmallow and stir gently until a smooth creamy mixture is achieved.
