Matcha Tiramisu 抹茶提拉米苏


[Ingredients] 材料

  • 50ml milk 牛奶 50 毫升

  • 2tsp matcha powder 抹茶粉 2 茶匙

  • 2tbsp sugar 糖 2 汤匙

  • 150ml whipping cream 奶油 150 毫升

  • 100ml milk 牛奶 100 毫升

  • 1tbsp matcha powder 抹茶粉 1 汤匙

  • 250g mascarpone cheese 马斯卡彭奶酪 250 克

  • 2tbsp sugar 糖 2 汤匙

  • 6-8 sponge finger biscuits 手指饼干 6-8 个

[Steps] 步骤

  1. Dip: Bring 50ml milk to boil in a saucepan. Stir in matcha and sugar, leave aside to cool. 抹茶水:将五十毫升牛奶倒入单柄汤锅,煮滚。加入抹茶粉和糖,搅拌。放置冷却。

  2. Cream: Bring 100ml milk and matcha to boil in a saucepan over low heat. 抹茶奶油:将一百毫升牛奶和抹茶粉倒入单柄汤锅,用小火煮滚。

  3. Remove from heat and leave aside to cool. 把火关掉,放置冷却。

  4. Whisk cream till soft peaks formed. 将奶油拂尘之软封形成。

  5. Whisk cheese and sugar together till smooth. Mix 1tbsp of cheese mixture into matcha mixture and fold matcha mixture into the rest of the cheese. 将奶酪和糖拂尘在一起。把一汤匙的奶酪放进抹茶牛奶搅拌,再把它搅拌进剩余的奶酪里。

  6. Fold in whipped cream. 加入拂尘好的奶油。

  7. Cut biscuits into smaller pieces to fit 4 200ml cups. 把手指饼干切成小块,长度刚好可以放入四个 200 毫升的杯。

  8. Dip biscuit into matcha dip and place into prepared cups. 饼干占抹茶水后,放进准备好的背里。

  9. Spoon matcha cream over. Repeat the biscuit and cream steps. 把抹茶奶油放进杯里。重复饼干和奶油步骤。

  10. Chill tiramisu for 1-2hrs or until they set. Sieve matcha powder over before serving. 将替拉米苏冷却至少一到两小时,直到凝固为之。吃之前沙上抹茶粉。
