Milk Pudding


  • 150ml milk

  • 50ml whipping cream

  • 20ml condensed milk

  • 15g sugar

  • 2g gelatin sheet

  • 1/4tsp vanilla essence


  1. Soak gelatin in ice water for 10mins until soften.

  2. Place milk, cream, condensed milk, sugar and vanilla in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until boiled.

  3. Remove from heat. Squeeze dry gelatin and add into saucepan, stir well.

  4. Sieve mixture and pour into prepared cups. Chill for 3hrs until set.
