Peanut Butter Banana Parfait


  • 2-3 bananas - 1 mashed, 2 sliced

  • 8oz thick fat-free greek yogurt

  • 1oz peanut butter

  • 1/4-1/2 dropper full of desired sweetener (optional)

  • 1oz ground flaxseed

  • 1oz chopped salted peanut

  • Few pinches of cinnamon

  • 4 pieces dark chocolate


  1. Combine mashed banana with yogurt and peanut butter. Add sweetener to taste if desired.

  2. Mix together chopped peanuts and flaxseed. Layer flaxseed in a small glass and then the yogurt.

  3. Top with sliced bananas, more chopped nuts, a piece of chocolate and a dash of cinnamon.
