Sour Cream Tartar Sauce


  • 1/2 Cup Light Sour Cream

  • 3tbsp Finely Chopped Onion

  • 1 Large Dill Pickle

  • 2 Medium Carrots - steamed with water + 1tsp rice/white vinegar until tender

  • 1tsp Worcestershire Sauce

  • 1/2tsp Dijon Mustard

  • 1tsp Lemon Juice/Dill Pickling Liquid

  • 1/2tsp Honey

  • 1tsp Chopped Chives

  • Salt and Pepper


  1. In a bowl, finely grate pickle and carrots. Add in the rest of the ingredients, mix well and chill covered for 30mins.
