Strawberry Sauce


  • 1 pound strawberries, washed and halved

  • 1tbsp water

  • Sweetener of choice


  1. Heat berries over medium-high heat. Add in water and bring to boil. Reduce heat and let simmer covered. Berries will burst and become saucy.

  2. Allow sauce to cool a little. Puree it and add in sweetener.
