Zebra No-bake Cheesecake


[Base]

  • 60g oreo, crushed (without filling)

  • 25g unsalted butter, melted

[Ingredients]

  • 5g gelatin powder - soaked in hot water 5mins to bloom

  • 300g cream cheese

  • 75g sugar

  • 50g plain yogurt

  • 1tsp lemon juice

  • 1/2tsp vanilla essence

  • 180ml soft whipped cream

[Matcha Layer]

  • 1tsp matcha powder

  • 30ml whipping cream, warmed

[Chocolate Layer]

  • 2tsp black cocoa powder

  • 20ml whipping cream, warmed

[Steps]

  1. Base: Mix oreo and butter together.

  2. Place a 6inch cake ring on a flat tray. Add in oreo mixture and press down firmly.

  3. Whisk cheese to loosen.

  4. Add sugar, yogurt, lemon juice and vanilla, mix well.

  5. Drain gelatin and microwave for 10secs. Add to mixture and mix well.

  6. Add whipped cream and mix well. Divide into 3 portions.

  7. Dissolve matcha powder in warmed cream. Add into 1 portion of mixture and mix well.

  8. Dissolve cocoa powder in warmed cream. Add into 1 portion of mixture and mix well.

  9. Pour some chocolate mixture into cake ring, followed by matcha mixture, then plain mixture.

  10. Repeat steps till all is poured in. Chill for 3hrs.

  11. Remove cake from ring.
