Probably one of the BEST matcha desserts I have ever had! Strong matcha taste with different textures and matcha taste. Matcha lovers, you will LOVE this! Moist matcha cake with matcha caramel cream... Can't figure out what the outer layer was, but it has a paste-like consistency - matcha paste? And lastly, topped with some matcha streusel. Springy, soft, creamy, crispy... Super good! They are other roll cake flavours, as well as other types of cakes and French bakes.
应该是我吃过最好吃的抹茶甜点之一！抹茶味超浓郁，整个蛋糕吃起来有不同的口感，不同的抹茶味。抹茶粉丝们，你一定会喜欢这个！湿润的抹茶蛋糕配上抹茶焦糖奶油。。。其实不晓得外面那层是什么，不过吃起来接近面包酱口感 - 抹茶酱？最后，蛋糕上还沙了些抹茶饼酥。蛋糕的松软感，奶油的顺滑感，饼酥的脆感。。。超赞！也有其他蛋糕卷口味，和其他蛋糕以及法式糕点。

#2: Matcha Cruffin 抹茶杯型羊角面包
Came to know this bakery cafe called 'Fave' through recommendations by Youtubers. Look it up and realised that their Matcha Cruffin is one of their BEST sellers! 'Cruffin' is a word-combination of 'croissant' and 'muffin', which is 'croissant baked like a muffin'. This is really really good too! The top half is dipped in matcha chocolate, whereas the bottom half has a matcha custard filling. Every mouth is filled with matcha goodness, either a bite of chocolate croissant or custard croissant!
通过 Youtubers 的介绍，发现了这家叫 'Fave' 的面包店／咖啡厅。查询过后，发现他们最好卖的产品之一是这个抹茶杯型羊角面包，英文叫 'Cruffin'，是 'croissant'（羊角面包）和 'muffin'（杯型蛋糕）拼在一起。这个好好吃！上半层沾了抹茶巧克力，下半层有抹茶卡仕达陷，每一口都是满满的抹茶味！看是咬到巧克力部分还是卡仕达酱。

#3: Green Tea Ice Cream (Soft Serve)
O'sulloc is a tea brand that specialises in various types of tea and matcha (they called it Korean green tea) items. They offer a range of matcha drinks and desserts, some are worth trying, some are not. I think their matcha soft serve is worth recommending. I tried it a few years back - Green Tea O Fredo - matcha ice blended with this matcha ice cream on it.

#4: 6 Levels of Matcha Gelato，6层抹茶浓郁度的冰淇淋
Next is also matcha ice cream. Nocturne No.5 offers Matcha Gelato with 6 levels of matcha intensity to choose from. I tried No.3, which has a strong matcha taste with a bitter note. It actually became a little too strong for me towards the end. I guess No.2 will be a comfortable level with the right amount of matcha taste.

#5: Matcha Bingsu 抹茶韩式冰沙
When you visit Korea, you have to try Bingsu - Korean shaved ice dessert! One of the places that serve good Bingsu is Sulbing. Tried Matcha Chocolate on my first visit. It is matcha shaved ice dusted with matcha powder and cocoa powder, topped with matcha ice cream and nama chocolate cubes. The mochi version also looks really good! If you are not game to try matcha shaved ice, Sulbing has many other amazing flavours too!
到韩国游玩时，一定要试 Bingsu，韩式冰沙！可以到 Sulbing 试试，他们家的冰沙很赞！第一次试时点了抹茶巧克力口味 - 抹茶冰沙上沙了抹茶粉和可可粉，再加上抹茶冰淇淋和好吃的软巧克力块。麻薯版本看起来也好好吃！如果不喜欢抹茶口味的话，Sulbing 也有很多其他好吃的口味！

#6: Matcha Tiramisu 抹茶提拉米苏
Insta-worthy matcha dessert! Pretty to look at and taste good too! But, it is not the kind of tiramisu that I will like as they use sponge cake instead of sponge fingers, which is the right way to do up a tiramisu. Mangwondong Tiramisu offers a range of tiramisu flavours and matcha is one of their best sellers!

Tried this the previous time when I was in Korea. It is basically a sweet bun filled with lots of cream. Not my kind of thing, too much calories, but many people love it! Best seller is actually their salted cream flavour!

Matcha Blanc is an iced matcha latte drink, topped with chamomile cream. Matchacha is a teahouse that does proper tea ceremonies, with great zen concept. Tucked in a quiet corner in the residential area of Ttukseom.

#9: Matcha Souffle Pancake 抹茶舒芙蕾煎饼
Souffle Pancakes have become a real craze! Tried once in Singapore, which did not really have the right texture, it tastes pretty close to how a Japanese cheesecake taste like. I was thinking why is people so crazy over this pancake? And souffle pancakes are sold at ridiculous prices, like S$15 for pancakes filled with air? While I was looking up for places to visit in Korea, I came across 19 Tea, a boba tea store that does souffle pancakes as well, and it's only for KRW7,000 (S$8.40)! Their pancakes were SO good, now I know what the craze is about!
最近舒芙蕾煎饼非常的火！在新加坡试过一次，口感没有很对，接近日式乳酪蛋糕。心想，这煎饼有什么好疯的？而且舒芙蕾煎饼的价格不菲，一份需要新币15！在查询关于韩国旅游资料中，找到了 19 Tea，一间珍珠茶饮店，也有卖舒芙蕾煎饼，而且只需韩币7,000（新币8.40）！他们的煎饼好好吃，现在知道他在疯什么了！

Tried this 2yrs back, and I thought of including this in since I'm doing a matcha food compilation. Can't really remember how it taste like, but I do remember it tasted really good! The sweet red beans matched really well with the bitter matcha.

#11: Matcha Madeleine 抹茶玛德琳
Passed by this while I was on my way to Maman Gateau. A small French bakery store that does madeleines in many flavours, as well as other French bakes. So of course I have to try the matcha version. I thought it was just plain madeleine with matcha glaze, but the madeleine itself is matcha flavoured too!

#12: Green Tea Milk Spread 抹茶面包酱
O'sulloc's Green Tea Milk Spread taste really good, but it is quite expensive! You can try other brands from supermarkets, like the one pictured below. According to online comments, 'Choice L' brand Green Tea Spread is really good as well, but I didn't managed to find it during this trip, so I can't make a fair judgement. You can get it at Lotte Mart. O'sulloc sells theirs at KRW8,500 for 200g, Choice L Green Tea Spread is only selling for KRW3,280 (same size)!
O'sulloc 的抹茶面包酱很赞，但是很贵！到超市时，可以找找看，试试其他牌子，像以下的图片。根据网上评论，'Choice L' 牌子的抹茶面包酱也很赞，不过没有在这次到韩国时找到，所以也不知道是不是真的可以买。Choice L 在 Lotte Mart 找得到。O'sulloc 版本的价格是韩币8,500，200克。Choice L 版本，一样是200克，只需韩币3,280！

#13: Black Roll Cake (Charcoal Cake with Matcha Cream) 黑炭抹茶蛋糕卷
O'sulloc's series of roll cakes. It tastes okay only, but I thought anything black looks a little more unique. They have 4 kinds of roll cakes - matcha cake with fresh cream, matcha cake with matcha cream, charcoal cake with matcha cream, and hojicha cake with hojicha cream.

#14: Market O Real Brownie Matcha 抹茶布朗尼
Market O Brownies is like one of the must-try Korean snacks. The craze for this have lasted for years, and I never knew why. Bought all 3 flavours to try this time round and gosh, it is really good! The matcha version consists of matcha brownie studded with yummy chocolate chips. My favourite is actually the orange flavour, it tastes somewhat like orange flavoured dark chocolate?
Market O 布朗尼是韩国零食里必吃的一样。这个疯了好多年，可是都不知道他在疯什么。这次到韩国时，3个口味都买来试，原来他这么好吃！抹茶版本是块抹茶布朗尼，加上了好吃的巧克力碎。可是其实我最喜欢的口味是柳橙，吃起来的味道像是柳橙味的黑巧克力？

#16: Matcha Choco Pie 抹茶巧克力派
Another must-try Korean snack is Choco Pie. It consists of 2 soft cakes with a marshmallow filling, then coated with chocolate. The matcha version has matcha cakes instead. There's a new type of Choco Pie that has been launched recently, which taste even better, it has a fresh cream filling instead. It is bite-sized, so it is a lot easier to eat, as the cakes are quite crumbly.
另一个必吃的韩国零食是 Choco Pie。他是两块蛋糕，中间夹了棉花糖，然后外面一层巧克力。抹茶版本就是抹茶蛋糕，剩下的一样。最近推出新的 Choco Pie，口感更好吃，没有棉花糖，是奶油馅。而且做成一口的 size，比较容易吃，因为 Choco Pie 的蛋糕很容易碎。

#17: Pretty Green Tea Bags 漂亮的绿茶叶包
The last item on this recommendation list is not matcha, it's green tea. The packaging is so pretty, it looks great as gifts, as souvenirs is great too! O'sulloc is a Korean brand anyway. I guess the best tea brand in Korea should be O'sulloc, their teas all so fragrant! I'm not a fan of teas, but whenever I'm in Korea, I'll be sure to pop by O'sulloc and check out if there is any tea that is worth bringing back home to keep.
最后一个想推荐的不是抹茶，是绿茶。包装蛮漂亮，觉得很好送人，当成纪念品送人也不错，反正 O'sulloc 是个韩国品牌。整个韩国排名第一的茶饮品牌应该就是 O'sulloc，他们家的茶类都很香！我本身不这么喝茶，但是每次到韩国一定会到 O'sulloc，看看有什么茶可以买回家收藏。
