Luncheon Meat Fried Rice 午餐肉炒饭


  • 400g cooked rice

  • 200g luncheon meat, diced

  • 3 eggs

  • 100g French beans, chopped

  • 3tbsp light soy sauce

  • 1tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1tbsp sesame oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper

  • 3tbsp oil


  1. Crack eggs into a bowl. Add in 1tbsp light soy sauce and 1/4tsp pepper. Mix well.

  2. In a heated pan with 1tbsp of oil, add in eggs and cook scrambled. Set aside.

  3. Fry luncheon meat till golden brown. Remove from pan and set aside.

  4. Using the same oil, add in garlic and stir-fry till fragrant.

  5. Add in French beans and cook till slightly soft.

  6. Add in rice and seasoning ingredients, mix well. Followed by luncheon meat and egg, mix well.
