Herbal Chicken Mushroom Soup


  • 2 chicken legs, cut into pieces and blanched

  • 2 old ginger slices

  • 5-6 shiitake mushrooms, sliced

  • 4pcs yuzhu

  • 4-5pcs danggui

  • 4 red dates

  • 5-6pcs dried longan

  • 2tbsp goji berries


  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Light soy sauce


  1. In a soup pot, add in all the ingredients with 600-750ml water. Bring to a boil, then let simmer for 40-45mins till chicken is tender.

  2. Add in seasoning to your liking and mix well.
